The visa center where applications and biometrics to be submitted is VFS Global .

-All visa applicants will have to personally go at VFS Global in order to capture their biometric data.
-Children under 12 years old are not concerned by the process and are not allowed to get in the center.
-Young minors above 12 years old have to come in person, accompanied by their parents.
-All documents have to be Recent ( 10 Days from Appointment)
-All Documents shall be in English or Portuguese Language
–Republic of Croatia Embassy in Cairo might ask for an interview or additional documents.
Required documents
Original Passport
Valid for at least 6 months beyond the validity of the requested visa, with minimum two blank pages
Old Passports
If you are in possession of one or more previous passports, it is mandatory to bring all of them
One recent color identity photos
(4 x 6 cm) with white background – less than 6 months old and different from the Passport Photo+ Copy of National ID
Detailed current/saving bank account statement
Covering the last Six months in English only, original & stamped, showing all transactions with a closing balance of a minimum 100Euro per
For the underage or unemployed applicants, please provide the bank statement of the parents or spouse Bank account owner should approve in writing on using the bank statement
Movement Certificate
First travellers. Or No previous passport covering the last 7 years (Noting that the gap between the two passports doesn’t exceed 1 month). Or No previous used Cyprus, Schengen, UK or USA visa.
For Minors (aged less than 18 Years Old)
Parent authorization
consent of the parental authority ( both parents ) or legal guardian shall be signed by both parents in a copy of their passport or national ID All the parents have to show up at the Cyprus embassy to sign their approval within the week of submission
Birth Certificate
In English.
Students
Certificate of school or university ( Enrollment )
Original and stamped, in English or an official translation should be provided)
HR Letter
Original and stamped, in English, Should indicate name, job title, Date of recruitment, Salary.
Company Owner
Tax Card & Commercial Registration ( Original and Copy )
in English, and date shall be 3 months from the date of appointment
Original Pension Statement
in English.
Invitation letter
Shows that Company name , address , contact details, duration of stay, Type of Business and it will cover all expenses during the stay
or a support letter from the Egyptian company says that it will cover all expenses during the stay “in this case the bank statement of the Egyptian company or the applicant, Is Required” if is there no mention of hotel address in the invitation, Hotel Voucher is required
