The visa centre where applications and biometrics are to be submitted is VFS Global.

-All applicants have to go personally to VFS Global in order to capture their biometric data.
-Children under 12 years old are not concerned by the process and are not allowed to get in the centre.
-Young minors above 12 years old have to come in person, accompanied by their parents.
-All documents have to be Recent ( 10 Days from Appointment)
-All Documents shall be in English Language and all documents in Arabic must be duly translated into Greek by the Greek community
–Greece Embassy in Cairo might ask for an interview or additional documents not listed
Required documents
Original Passport
Valid for at least 6 months beyond the validity of the requested visa, with minimum of two blank pages
Old Passports
If you are in possession of one or more previous passports, it is mandatory to bring all of them
One recent colour identity photos
(3.5 x 4.5 cm) with white background – less than 6 months old and different from the Passport Photo+ Copy of National ID
Detailed current/saving bank account statement
Covering the last Six months in English only, original & stamped, showing all transactions with a closing balance of a minimum 100Euro per
For the underage or unemployed applicants, please provide the bank statement of the parents or spouse Bank account owner should approve in writing using the bank statement
Movement Certificate
If the applicant doesn’t have Schengen Visa before in his/her current passport, he/she must submit an old passport(s) that covers the last 7 years (the gap between the two passports doesn’t exceed 3 months if you apply in Cairo visa application centre and with no gap if you apply in Alexandriavisa application centre) if none, the applicant must bring a movement certificate from AL-Mugamma for the last 7 years with all the passports mentioned in it duly translated.
For Minors (aged less than 18 Years Old)
Parent authorization
Approval should be submitted from the Greek consulate of Cairo with the rest of the documents
– Both parents must come to VFS to sign the application in front of the VFS officer

HR Letter
Original and stamped, in English or Greek, Should indicate name, job title, Date of recruitment, Salary, and social insurance number
Company Owner
Tax Card & Commercial Registration ( Original and Copy )
in English, and the date shall be 3 months from the date of the appointment
Original Pension Statement
in English or Greek
Invitation letter
Shows that the Company name, address , contact details, duration of stay, Type of Business and it will cover all expenses during the stay
or a support letter from the Egyptian company says that it will cover all expenses during the stay “in this case the bank statement of the Egyptian company or the applicant, Is Required” if is there no mention of the hotel address in the invitation, the Hotel Voucher is required
