  1. Interpretation

1.1. Interpretation and Definitions

The terms with initial capitalization hold meanings defined under the conditions outlined below. Irrespective of whether they are in singular or plural form, the following definitions apply consistently.

1.2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

“Application” refers to the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named TVSHelper.

“You” refers to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

  1. Acknowledgment

2.1. These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

2.2. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

2.3. We respect your right to information and aim at providing a transparent set of “Terms.” Please read the terms of this Policy provided below to learn about the “Terms” you will be signing up for. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MENTIONED HEREIN KINDLY DO NOT GIVE YOUR CONSENT AND PROCEED FURTHER TO ACCESS THE Application. By giving your consent to proceed forward in order to access the Application, you will be responsible to adhere to the “Terms” mentioned herein.

2.4. The policies or “Terms” as may be prescribed by the “Company” together constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. You are requested to read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Application.

2.5. This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (“IT Act”) and rules made thereunder as may be applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the IT Act. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

2.6. You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

2.7. Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application or the Website and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully before using Our Service.

2.8. You acknowledge the grant or refusal of a visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy and TVSHelper is neither involved in the process nor is liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any delay in processing or grant or rejection of the visa application of any applicant by the Embassy, which reserves the right to ask for further documentation and to refuse the visa application.

  1. Placing Orders for Service

By placing an Order for Service/s through the Website/Mobile Application or any other way of receiving your request, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

  1. Your Information

4.1 In order to avail of the Services provided by the Company this means you will be required to register on the Application/web portal, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your Order including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number, Your Passport copy, the current and/or previous visas, Your National ID, Your residence permit, and Your address information.

4.2. You represent and warrant that:

1 You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any application;
2 the information You give to us is true, correct, complete and not misleading; and
3 You shall revert to the communications sent by TVSHelper within 24 hours of the receipt and any failure to do so shall entitle TVSHelper to cancel our application, and You shall not hold TVSHelper liable for any loss/damage due to delay/non-processing of visa on this account.
4.3 By submitting such information, You grant us the right to start working on your case, confirm your appointment or other relevant service required to a successful completion of your request. We reserve our right to ask You for additional information, for the purposes of processing your visa. Any failure or delay in providing the same may lead to cancellation of Your application or delay in processing of Your visa.

4.4. Certain Countries VISA Offices/Applications may require us to complete and submit the relevant application form(s) online/physically for submission of Your details in such format as may be required by them from time to time. By submitting the request on our App, you grant us the authorization to complete the said form(s) based on information as provided by You and/or submit the form online/physically to the VISA offices of different Countries. You shall continue to indemnify Us for the said completion/verification as done by Us on the basis of the data provided by You.

  1. Order Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 TVSHelper reserves the right to decline or cancel Your Application at any time for various reasons, including but not limited to:

5.1.1 Downtime and availability issues of Embassy/third-party systems.
5.1.2 Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5.1.3 Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User, such as inaccurate travel dates, unclear passport copies, or failure to respond to communications from TVSHelper within 24 hours of receipt.

5.2 TVSHelper reserves the right to decline or cancel Your Application if fraud or unauthorized or illegal transactions are suspected.

5.3 We enforce a strict NO REFUND policy. TVSHelper will not refund Visa fees or TVSHelper fees under any circumstances, even if your visa is rejected by the embassy/consulate or relevant authorities.

5.4 If You choose to overstay without proper approvals at a specific destination, You will be responsible for any penalty charges, disciplinary actions, legal proceedings, etc., imposed by the Government or other relevant authorities. TVSHelper assumes no liability in such cases.

5.6 In certain minor cases, we may proceed with a refund, which You may receive within 21 days of approval, and the applicant has to receive clear approval from our agent after reviewing the case eligibility.

5.7 TVSHelper will retain a USD25 (or equivalent in the currency where the applicant made the application) administration charge from the service fee paid by the Applicant to cover any incurred costs associated with booking, preparing, and canceling appointments.

5.8 TVSHelper Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once the TVSHelper appointment is booked or once the application is processed by our agents.

  1. Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating our offerings of fees on the Service. The fees available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information regarding our fees on the Service and in our advertising on other websites.

  1. Price/Fees Policy

7.1. The Company reserves the right to revise its prices/fees at any time prior to accepting an order.

7.2. The prices/fees quoted may be revised by the Company subsequent to accepting an order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.

  1. Payments

8.1. All purchased applications processed are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment

9. General

9.1 If you wish to change your appointment, you must pay for the initially allocated slot before rescheduling.

9.2 Unless specified otherwise, TVS Helper does not provide travel insurance or case representation.

9.3 Personal and work addresses are extracted from passports and company websites, respectively. Changes require the submission of current details.

9.4 TVS Helper does not supply hotel vouchers; clients must provide these documents.

9.5 We offer document advice based on embassy information and our experience but hold no responsibility for failure to provide or alterations to required documents.

9.6 We use our email accounts for embassy profiles; these are solely owned by TVSHelper for security and accuracy purposes.

9.7 Additional charges may apply for embassy appointments, which will be included in the appointment fees.

9.8 Our visa fees are discounted, but to enjoy this discount, please share your visa copy after receiving your passport. Failure to do so may result in extra charges during your next application. Your cooperation ensures smooth processing and saves you time and money.

UK

  • Clients must provide required documents for uploading at least 72 hours before the appointment.
  • Full payment, including fees and application fees, is required for credit card confirmation from January 1, 2020.
  • Clear and scanned copies of documents must be provided for upload to the TLS website.
  • TVS Helper offers a full assessment and no-obligation recommendation based on experience.
  • We require a prepayment 50% of the fees as a Bank Anslysis fee, Should the applicant choose not to proceed with the application or submission, these fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

USA

  • Early appointment fees are calculated based on the date between confirmed and announced appointments on the day of confirming the appointment.
  • Instant payment is required within 24 hours, and TVS Helper is not responsible for missed appointments or renewal delays.
  • Interview questions are provided, but actual questions may vary.
  • Clients may be entitled to a full refund for service fees if an appointment request is not fulfilled after 15 working days.
  • TVS Helper uses clients’ CGI accounts for visa renewal and is not responsible for account freezing due to login activity.
  • Clients are required to inform TVS Helper before deciding to handle TravelHelper services independently.
  • The CGI account created is solely owned by TVS Helper for security reasons.
  • TVS Helper may cancel services if payment is not received within the specified time frame.
  • Clients must inform TVS Helper of unavailability or passport blackout periods.
