1- Q: I have an appointment, can I cancel it now and proceed with the Interview Waiver program to renew my visa by Aramex ( SLS )?
١- كنت واخد معاد , هل ممكن ألغيه وأقدم أوراقي من غير انترڤيو عن طريق أرامكس ؟
A: Yes, You can cancel your appointment and start the process again; you will be directed to the Interview Waiver Program
أيوه تقدر .. ألغي المعاد بسهولة وأبدأ العملية من الأول .. السيستم هيحولك أوتوماتيك على إلغاء المقابلة
2- Q: My visa is still valid, can I renew it now or have to wait till it expires?
الفيزا بتاعتى لسه شغاله , هل ممكن أجددها؟ ولا لازم استني لما تخلص؟
A: you can renew it now
لا ممكن تجددها من دلوقتى عادى
3- Q: My visa was issued from another country, can I renew it from Egypt?
الفيزا بتاعتى طلعتها من بلد تانى , هل ممكن أجددها فى مصر؟
A: No, you can’t – yet –

4- Q: I’ve been trying to generate the Interview Waiver, but no luck, what can I do?
بحاول بقالى شوية أطلع الورقة بتاعة إلغاء المقابلة للتجديد , أعمل ايه؟
A: make sure you’ve paid the CGI ( 160$ ) at CIB and wait for a couple of hours, then try again
أتاكد أنك دفعت الفلوس ف البنك واستني شوية ممكن يكون من الضغط
5- Q: when the new visa appointments will be?
أمتي مواعيد فتح الفيزا الجديده؟
A: nobody knows

6- Q: my visa was expired last year, can I still renew it?
الفيزا بتاعتى أنتهت السنة اللى فاتت , هل ممكن أجددها؟
A: Yes you can renew your visa within 48 months from the expiry date of the original visa.
ممكن تجدد الفيزا بتاعتك لحد ٤٨ شهر من تاريخ إنتهاء الفيزا
7- Q: Is the renewal has to be done at SLS or Aramex?

A: SLS in Cairo and Aramex in other cities

8- Q: How can I pay at CIB?

9- Q: my visa was less than 5 years, can I still renew it?
الفيزا بتاعتى أقل من ٥ سنين ’, هل ممكن أجددها برضه؟
A: No, The renewal for 5 years B1/B2 visas ONLY
